after what feels like a life time of not wanting to train, not having any motivation nor discipline, I have clocked 4 workouts in the past 8 days!

whilst falling off track is easy, getting back on track isn’t always as easy as they say, I had to do a lot of internal work & analysis on my day to day activities & work hours to get back to prioritising myself & my own training!

It can be done, it may take a little while & a little less pressure, but it CAN be DONE. šŸŽ€

There is no such thing as ā€˜bad’ foods, it all comes down to limiting how much of each food we are enjoying, but not cutting them out fully!

I am a Online coach & Personal Trainer..
And I haven’t trained consistently or with a program for about 3 months…

Some weeks I train once, some weeks I don’t train.
Some sessions are 30 minutes, some are 15.

Here’s what has happened to me in that time…

I’ve become very self conscious.
My eating habits aren’t great.
My sleep & energy aren’t great.
My anxiety has hightened, again.
I feel heavy & sluggish.
I have probably lost muscle.

Now here’s what I have learnt…

Movement is medicine.
If not for me right now, I need to do it for future Chloe.
Training hard all the time isn’t the answer.
Only sticking to one style of training may not be for me.
I have outgrown what used to work for me, I need to re-evaluate what is achievable.
And most importantly.. I am human.

This is just a phase in my life, I am in a rut & I am ready to get out of it, so here is what I am going to do

Set an achievable amount of sessions for me to hit in the week.
Set a timer for those sessions so I don’t put extra pressure on myself.
Start going back to meal prepping my main meals.
Try a new type of training, maybe at a new gym.
Check in with myself each week.

If I can do this, so can you. It’s the smaller steps that we take that will get us further than trying to do it all at once!

You can enjoy meals out and still stay on track — it’s all about balance, not restriction.⁣

Here’s how to make it work:ā€Øāœ… Choose a high-protein option (this helps keep you full & supports your goals!)ā€Øāœ… Enjoy what you love — guilt-freeā€Øāœ… Get back to your normal routine after⁣
One meal out won’t ruin your progress. What matters most is what you do consistently, not occasionally šŸ’›ā£

No one is coming to do the hard work for you & it isn’t going to magically show up at your doorstep.

In order to achieve our goals, sacrifices will have to be made. Are you willing to make them to get to where you need to be?
