Cultivating devotion, sanctity and deep presence. Mystic Key, founded by Ionie Aurora, has spent the past three years dedicated to community connection as well as private healing sessions. Previously creating bespoke shamanic healing ceremonies and retreats throughout the Gold Coast Hinterland, Mystic Key is now offering mobile sessions, servicing the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers NSW.

The journey home to self

After becoming a new mother all my trauma bubbled up to the surface. Not only was I learning to navigate my new life as a parent but I was being faced with a lifetime of unhealed trauma.

The initiation into parenthood also initiated me on a path of rapid ascension and deep healing; this required me to completely let go of life as I knew it and step into the unknown.

I couldn’t be more grateful.

Through this journey I have found a new sense of self. I’ve been able to unearth parts of me that I didn’t know existed and to develop abilities and passions beyond what I could have imagined.

Having faced my trauma, I realised that I didn’t have to be a victim anymore and this realisation empowered me not only to heal myself but to help liberate and initiate others on their healing path. “I say this as the highest possible compliment I could give someone in the healing arts: I felt completely safe to be vulnerable with Ionie and to go back to that initial experience to reclaim my power. I have always had a deep love of Sound Healing. I discovered my first sound medicine tool while participating in and facilitating a High Priestess Initiation in Bali. I had never been called to be a sound healer before this and the discovery of my Shamanic Medicine Drum changed everything.

This experience ignited my healer within; I started to journey with sound meditation after purchasing my first singing bowl. These tools became the foundation for a deep loving relationship with sound and sound healing. As my love deepened I began offering private sound healing sessions and since then have continued to expand my healing practice.

Along this journey I have discovered my passion for Intuitive Healing. Having experienced trauma-induced suffering for most of my life I felt a strong calling to Trauma Releasing utilising intuitive healing and timeline therapy.

My trauma helped me journey back home to my true self, I hope yours will too.
