Dear community,

TerryWhite Chemmart Pacific Fair is an approved vaccination provider for the AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. We are happy to help provide COVID-19 immunisation for our local area and wider community.

Vaccine rollout and booking your appointment:

COVID-19 vaccinations are voluntary and free.

You can book online at https://terrywhitechemmart.com.au/health-services/covid-19-vaccination, or come into the pharmacy on or after the 23rd of August.

Alternatively, you can call us on 07 55386444 to book your appointments to get your first and second doses of the vaccine.

Make sure you book an appointment for your first and second doses. Please give us a call if you need to confirm what the timing should be between the appointments.
