🌿 Meet Sue 🌿
Counsellor & Clinical Family Therapist
We’re delighted to introduce Susan Kerrigan, a valued member of the Mindful Families team supporting individuals and families throughout 2026. You can learn all about Sue via our website https://www.mindfulfamilies.com.au/about-us
Sue has a deep passion for working with families and is especially energised by exploring how intergenerational experiences shape current challenges. She brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to her work, supporting clients to recognise their inherent strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
As we step into a new year, one self-care practice Sue is intentionally prioritising is making time to swim each day — something she truly loves and finds deeply restorative. A gentle reminder that caring for ourselves doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful.
Outside the therapy room, Sue enjoys playing Wordle with her grandsons each day and is well-known for her collection of “silly songs for every occasion” — much to their amusement (and occasional dismay!).
🤍 Sue is currently accepting referrals for 2026. If you’re considering support for yourself or your family in the New Year, you’re warmly invited to follow along, save this post, or reach out to our admin team to explore how Sue may be able to support you.
