WHY WE EXIST?
At The Right Way Company, we exist to champion the rights and aspirations of individuals with disabilities. Our family-owned and operated team has been working in the NDIS landscape since 2020, shaped by our personal experiences of growing up with family members facing disabilities. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by participants, we witnessed the impact of service providers solely driven by growth, losing sight of what truly matters: doing things The Right Way for our clients.
Guided by our Managing Director, Shauni, and Head of Supports, Mark, we recognized a pressing need for a support service business that stays true to the fundamental principle of participant choice. We are driven by the belief that every individual has the right to determine their own path, deciding what services they require, when they need them, and how they need them, all in pursuit of their unique goals.
In our pursuit of our vision and mission, we remain committed to our core values and our clients’ goals and needs. Rather than aspiring to become a large company, our ambition is to remain small, agile, and intimately connected to our clients, ensuring that our services are deeply personalized, reliably delivered, consistently excellent, and always done The Right Way.
