Our stand-alone Podiatry clinic offers all aspects of foot care and your experience in these areas will be beneficial in your application. However, you must be proficient in general treatment and have experience in bio-mechanical assessments and orthotic prescriptions.

Hi All,

Is anyone looking for an amazing full time job in Sydney (Redfern)?

I will be finishing up shortly at the Aboriginal medical services in Redfern and we will be needing a replacement.
The AMS provides a great salary which is experience dependent and the patients and staff are lovely.
There is no pressure to push sales as everything is free. Appointment length times are flexible and can be adjusted to your needs. Currently 40 mins for basic assessment and treatment which I find more than enough time or if something is more complex you can book the client in for a double appointment or longer for nail surgery as needed.
I see a good variety of clients from high risk, biomechanical, nail surgery and routine clients.

We dont have any fancy equipment so I do quite a bit of dry needling & soft tissue work on my biomechanical clients as well as provide formorthotics/stretching/strengthening exercises.

You would be required to work autonomously so I place my own consumables order and book my clients there future appointments.
You dont have to do first and last CDM/ATSI letters though as all our referals are internal which is a bonus.
You will be working a part of a large multidisciplinary team and will have shared care clients with the hospitals. Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander experience preferred.

ABOUT US: Podiatry and Moore is a small podiatry practice located in Narellan planning on some expansion in the new year and will need a full-time podiatrist to grow with our business. Our new clinic will be a purpose-built independent podiatry clinic with 3-4 treatment rooms and gait analysis room/gym. Plenty of parking and surrounded by local shops and services.

We have a Zebris video and pressure analysis system in place and are looking to grow into the running and sports biomechanics field in the future. Experience or interest in this area would be a plus.

We currently have a wide variety of patient load from children to the elderly. We have a great local health community and get a wide range of referrals from local GP’s, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals.

Looking for someone that is enthusiastic and eager to grow in the profession and themselves. We can offer flexibly working arrangements, in house training and continuing education, reception staff, mentoring (if wanted) and a chance to add ideas and growth to the business.
