I’m about to head off on a little adventure, so my last in-person treatments will be on June 13! After that, I’ll be offering online mobility sessions to keep you moving and feeling your best while I’m away. 💪

But don’t worry! I’ll still be offering corporate and conference packages while I’m away, and my trusty team will be here to make sure everything runs smoothly! 🙌

A little bit about me

I graduated in 2014 from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Canada. Since then I have worked in day spas and multi-disciplinary clinics in Canada and New Zealand.

I have a strong passion for helping people of all ages prevent and manage their pain and discomforts through myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish techniques as well as addressing postural and muscle imbalances.

Since arriving on the Gold Coast I have been working closely with the Gold Coast Suns to assist with their recovery between training and match days.

Whether you’re looking for the ultimate relaxation massage or need help identifying where that niggley pain is coming, I am so excited to meet you!
