What's your favourite comfort food? It's been a week of highs (a TV interview) and lows (my grandma passing) so I have been cooking to stay busy. I love playing songs by Pavarotti when making pasta.

His energy has been strong since I taught my 22 and 4 life paths class a while back

Italy has a Master 22/4 numerology, the same vibration as SING, FOOD and WATER! 22 looks like a pair of swans, it brings in lifelong relationships for peace. Truly, music is essential for life to go on.

My grandma loved chicken and although she preferred Chinese cuisine, I thought of her when I made this dish. She was into stews with lots of flavours.

This dish is braised free range chicken thighs in organic chicken stock with Italian herbs, zucchini, baby capsicum and olives. Also some white wine. Great with pasta.

We eat a mix of fresh and organic food. Good places to go are the Gold Coast Organic Markets at Merrimac and Northey St in Brisbane. You can also get organic produce delivered or find it in some supermarkets.

When I eat more organic, I sleep better, think clearer and do better readings. I feel less guilty about my impact on the Earth I guess. I also like supporting farmers who think outside the box.

Tip: Buying fruit and veg that's in season is one way to keep costs down and increase your nutrient intake. You can also grow your own food. Kids love that.

I'm gluten and dairy free so cooking is easier than eating out (although there are more GF/ DF places these days) .

We are deep into a 9 Universal Year/ Month and the Eclipse energies...If you're not feeling the pressure to evolve, then check your pulse folks!

This is a time where:
-Suddenly, you know the answers to problems that have plagued you for years if not lifetimes. PLUS you are ready to act on this vital information.

-Rainbow thinking brings pleasure, you open to the possibilities of each moment and celebrate the mystery of the journey. You appreciate the role of all types of people, instead of running from 'bad guys' and thinking you must be 'pure' to deserve Heaven.

-You reach Divine finish lines! Karma is completed. Contracts are finalised. You come full circle in your understanding of your life path and journey to date.

Things to do:
-Be a big brother/ sister to someone who truly believes in you but not themselves (well, not yet!)

-Honour your Soul by looking in the mirror and bowing to yourself, not in an egotistic way but in reverence to your incredible progress to date.

-Play with water, know that you are here for flow rather than stagnation. WATERFALLS has a 36/9 numerology, the same as RIVER, CREATORS, DIVINE, FAILURE and FORTUNE. There are no mistakes, only scenic detours.

Things to watch for:
-Lectures on the 'right' way to navigate this energy or anything, really. We're leaving behind one-size-fits-all BS.

Happy Father's Day to my Dad. So good to celebrate with you in person, it's been too long. Thank you for everything.

My Dad and I have a strong telepathic link, I was walking to his hotel and felt a twinge in my left knee. I was like 'uh oh, never had that before'. Then met my Dad and he says 'oh my left knee is preventing me from travelling as much'...(funny, my next class is on clairsentience on 24 Sept)

He helped to deliver me as a baby and we've been very close most of my life. As a 32/5 life path Rebel he's here to find freedom and teach different points of view.

At his numerology age turning point of 32, I arrived (!) and his career took off.

He is/ was a world renowned engineer in broadcasting, bringing me to TV sets when I was little and always tinkering on inventions in the garage.

I've learned so much from him, especially:

-Persistence (he's failed forwards alot)
-Adaptability (he had 72 jobs! 16 fulltime and 56 part time gigs)
-Independence (he always tried to get me into computers, electronics etc. I do love tech because of him)
-Creativity (at one point, he fixed my 1979 Toyota with duct tape and a kitchen sponge...the mechanic was amazed)
-Efficiency (he's a 30 second phone call kind of guy)
-Humour (he always fed me peas and said, look, 'green peas'...I ended up working for Greenpeace as an adult...)

Also, he's helped me to get up after many falls, physical and metaphorical.

We both love walks, music and personality analysis. I'm sure I chose him to be my father just so I'd be tall enough to reach the chocolates on the top shelf when I was growing up...

Thank you Dad.

On Friday, my beautiful, super intelligent and loving grandma 'Mama', passed away peacefully. She was almost 94.

Born in 1931, Mama witnessed many shocking things during the Japanese Occupation, but always kept her kindness. As a child, she arrived in Hong Kong holding onto her uncle after their family left southern China to swim to safety.

She did not have a chance to study in school but was still one of the smartest, street-wise people around. After an arranged marriage in her late teens to my grandpa 'Yeye', she had 4 children, with my father being her eldest. They lived in a tiny flat with 8 other families and sometimes went hungry so that my gifted dad could attend uni.

Despite all this, Mama rarely raised her voice and showed great affection to us. She was immaculately dressed into her 90s, always with hair done perfectly.

She was at my birth, bought me my first bra and gave me my first lipstick. I always wanted to look like her! No such luck as I was over a foot taller...

We hit a tough time when I became a psychic (she was Catholic). Yet she would still buy me custard tarts even in my 30s.

Once, she said 'race you to the bus!' I should have won except she announced the race when she was already 10 m in front. She was in her 70s.

Another time, she took me to a posh restaurant and got upset when I ordered lettuce instead of meat. I will never forget her look. Luckily we still agreed on dessert.

Thank you Mama for your life-long thoughtfulness and for giving me my incredible father, aunties and uncle.

I hope you are at peace and are surrounded by Yeye and your favourite people. Goodbye flower of light.

Dr Tara Swart is a 32/5 life path Rebel (from what I can tell, she is born 4 August 1973) here to heal her throat chakra/ speak the truth. Her book The Signs comes out in September (great timing with the 9 Universal year, 9 Universal month of healing our fear of death, conclusions and our past life gifts)

Steve Bartlett is a 37/10/1 life path Pioneer (born 26 August 1992) here to heal his root chakra/ be a pioneer and activist.
