Got to host a workshop today for the first time in a couple of years.

I forgot how much I love connecting with people wanting to learn as much as they can to make sure they're the best they can be at work and life.

This workshop was held for PTU Homecare and was a blast!

I didn't sleep last night worrying about whether I could still do these things. Autistic imposter syndrome kicked in but it was such an amazing team and I enjoyed the opportunity.

Thanks to Jai and the team for asking me to do this and the follow on workshops.

I'm looking forward to developing some more of these with specific strategies and outcomes.

Anthony Albanese this is a real story. And not even a rare one.

Bill Shorten is this what you'd hoped to achieve?

Easy for you both to spout off your untruths when it isn't you who has to witness these things in real life.

Or live with the disabilities we do. Spend hours, days, years trying to 'prove' your disability to people hiding behind a computer screen with no qualifications that match the expensive specialists who have stated in letters, reports, recommendations, that you definitely have that disability and it definitely affects day to day life.

Only to have to do it again in a years time.

Perhaps that process is set up so most just give in.

And those of us who take on the fight for tired families burn out.

Do better. Just do better.

Is why I needed 6 months off last year.
Is why screening should be more than if they can just get a blue/ yellow card/ police check.
Is why I still think about quitting daily.
Is why so many parents have additional health conditions that are dress induced, as how would we know this isn't the charming sw that takes our person out.
Is why disabled folk should always have a communication method of their choosing.
Is what is wrong on so many levels in disability supports.
FML.
I can't even verbalise adequately right now why I am horrified that this person supports vulnerable people and that their are so many like them out there that it is sickening.
