Exciting news!
I’m now offering the C-Section Release Method developed by Bodylane here at the clinic.
This powerful technique supports recovery after not just caesarean births, but also hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, and other abdominal surgeries. I’ve recently trained in this method and gained invaluable skills to better support women in their recovery journey.
If you’re experiencing ongoing pain, numbness, tightness, pulling sensations, emotional disconnection, or the “shelf” appearance after surgery—this work is for you.

Bookings are now open!!

According to TCM, constipation can be caused by various factors, including:

- Qi stagnation: Blockages in the flow of qi can lead to constipation.
- Heat accumulation: Excessive heat in the body can dry out the intestines and cause constipation.
- Yin deficiency: A lack of Yin or Fluids can lead to dryness and constipation.
- Spleen qi deficiency: Weak spleen energy can impair digestion and lead to constipation.

At the clinic we also look into possible pelvic floor involvement. The pelvic floor plays a significant role in bowel movements and constipation. The muscles need to relax and contract in a coordinated manner to facilitate bowel movements.

Do you suffer from constipation? Book following the link in our bio.

Do you suffer from dyspareunia or pain during in*******se? Have you had a baby either vaginally or via c-section and having in*******se has never been the same?

Do you have vulvar or vaginal pain?

Do you have trouble introducing a tampon?

So you have checked with your doctor, and there is no tissue damage or infection but there is no explanation from the pain you are experiencing?

It may be your pelvic floor… at the clinic we offer Pelvic floor acupuncture and also Internal Pelvic Release Work.

These techniques may help by releasing taut muscle tissue and fascial adhesions to create more space and range of motion in the tissue. This helps the muscles and ligaments involved with the pelvic floor to:
💫 Relax tight muscle tissue, ligaments and fascia that can have a direct impact on the pelvic floor and its functions.
💫 Make direct contact between the pelvic floor muscles and the central nervous system to lower pain signals.
💫 Create neurological reintegration and readjustment of your muscles.

Internal Pelvic Release Work, is a consent-based manual technique focusing on the soft tissue connections of the pelvis. The pelvic floor is a matrix of muscle and fascia that holds our organs up. It is innervated by both the somatic and autonomous nervous system. This practice helps women reconnect with their anatomy, identify areas of physical and/or emotional tension that we aim to release through guided touch.

Who can we support with this technique?

Women preparing for birth (from 32 weeks).
Women healing from birth
Women who have been harmed by others
Women with painful scars from tears/episiotomy.
Women experiencing mild pelvic organ prolapse
Anyone experiencing pain or trauma in their intimate parts.
Women who experience painful or no s*x due to vaginismus/vulvodynia
Women who feel their pelvic floor is either weak or too tight.
Women curious to know more about their anatomy.

Internal Pelvic Release Work sessions will be available very soon 😊
