My darling best friend crossed over on Friday, aged a phenomenal 16 years & 2 months. Whilst at this age it’s accepted that he could go at anytime, my heart is still broken. Coconut walked & swam even the day before he crossed so his passing was somewhat unexpected.

He showed me how to become the Master through living his long happy life to the full & telepathic wisdom teachings. Like his brother before him, he was a My Health mascot & committed Yoga Dog, always helping me shift energy on the mat & in life.

As this is on the back of Chris’ Dad’s passing, I’m asking for space to heal. I’ll do my best to respond to more urgent work emails - the rest can wait.

Thank you Tribe for your grace in providing me this space to recalibrate.

In honour of Arthur, Chris’ Dad’s passing.

Crow ~ Raven, Messages from the Afterlife

Last week I saw an apparition, followed by 4 crows flying directly overhead Chris & I.

Within hours Chris received a call to say his father had passed. This was sudden & unexpected news and it’s been a very challenging time, especially for Chris.

I will be slow to respond to messages & emails as we adjust & grieve. For those who trained with Chris, please hold him in your thoughts & prayers at this time.

Wow so many of our beautiful graduates have responded to our facilitator training. I will set up a group zoom call with everyone in the new year which may be the easiest way to explain the process & answer questions. I promise to be back in touch via email after the festive break. Healers are sensitive souls who feel everything! We are moving into a time on Earth where the collective consciousness is seeking a deeper balance & will turn to experienced quality trained Healers for guidance.
We’ve been training qualified Healers for 20 years through our original My Health Healers Course, developed from years of private practice in psychology & the healing arts.

Sometimes we have a special opportunity to meet our online trainees in person!
We are in our 11th year of online trainings, 22 years of in-person trainings & 27 years as a healing & wellness space!
We learn so much from our online trainees through their incredible activity & assignment work. Marking the submissions from those who devote themselves to sacred inner journeys never gets tiresome & restores my knowing there’s many heart-based souls on this earth who came to anchor love, joy & peace for self and the All!

Celebrating this auspicious time of year as our training year winds down and those who can, attend our annual retreat. Here’s just a few pics of the latest retreat with some of Carolina & Kim’s trainees, plus some older retreats to help us all reminisce. There’s even a pic of our facilitators of online retreat in 2020 when we were forced into lockdown! Love the Yoga Cat who joined in at home! Technology when used wisely can connect us all!

We want to find a way next year to collate pics of our online trainees too as you enlighten our world just as much as our in-person trainees!
