I remember doing Vipassana many years ago, and entering into the ‘extreme sports’ of meditation by doing 10 hours of meditation per day! Yet despite my knowing this is the ultimate yogi practice, I constantly have to remind myself it’s not lazy to inner journey for extended time lengths. Truth is, only those that can withstand their inner mind mirror for vast lengths of time, is reserved for the true masters!
