When I was a child I was told to follow my heart ❤️

My heart has guided me to the Gold Coast after living all up and down the East coast of Australia.
Following my heart has had it's consequences if I didn't stay on the path of the heart ( not the ego).

Following my heart has led me to nourishing friendships and wonderful client relationships.
I never sought after this path, my heart just led me to where I am now, a fulfilled and moreso ever flowing with an energy I can't explain, a journey I would never of dreamed of, but my heart led me.

I trusted the process and submitted to my deepest self enquiry which was, what am I here to do?! What is my souls purpose and mission?!
Conquering dead end relationships and friendships, moving through plateau's of loss, opening up to love in unlimited ways, I trusted my heart to show me the way. In this way I also trust that my heart knows where my heart belongs and who it belongs to (if that person exists).
I trust that my work will continue to improve, to expand, to cultivate, to challenge and inspire people to trust their heart to and the wisdom it keeps.

To know thyself so well you believe in the depths of the unknown and trust that your heart will guide you too. Guide you to your purpose, your passion and your pleasure 🙏 may this be a prayer or embodiment practice for yourself to embrace the unknown and truly follow your heart.

May you too, follow your heart with pure intention ♥️
