A simple side,
Healthy fats,
Amazing amino acids,

And your immune system will thank you for this one…

Blend or finely chop as much nutrient rich cauliflower as you need,

Fry medium heat for 5-8 minutes,

Boil the eggs, let them cool, and cut them down. Instructions at the end of this post...

Mix it all together with mayo and sour cream.

Season as you like. Have fun.

So good...It should be bad.

Boiling an egg is a simple process. Here's a basic guide:

1. Place egg(s) in saucepan:
- Place the egg(s) gently in a single layer at the bottom of the saucepan.
- Make sure there's enough room for water to cover the eggs completely.

2. Add water:
- Pour enough water into the saucepan to cover the eggs by about an inch or so.

3. Heat water:
- Place the saucepan on the stove over high heat until the water reaches a rolling boil.

4. Boil the eggs:
- Once the water is boiling, reduce the heat to low or medium-low to maintain a gentle boil. Set a timer for the desired level:

- Soft-boiled eggs: 4-6 minutes
- Medium-boiled eggs: 7-9 minutes
- Hard-boiled eggs: 10-12 minutes

5. Remove the eggs:
- When the timer goes off, immediately remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water. This will stop the cooking process and help prevent overcooking.

6. Peel and enjoy:
- Once the eggs have cooled down, peel them and enjoy as desired.

Why stuff PALATABLE peppers…with BORING, FLAVORLESS rice?

Our stuffed peppers are one of our favorite, delicious, nutritious, keto classics.

Delicious sweet peppers, loaded with a creamy, cheesy, omelet mix.

Beat your eggs, mix in your ricotta and baby spinach,

And add ANYTHING ELSE you like. Have fun.

Top with a healthy layer of mozzarella and a touch of parm. Season as you like.

Medium heat in the oven for another 10-20 mins and there you have it,

With Vitamins C, A, and B Vitamins, and plenty of healthy fats and aminos.

So good they should be bad.
