Our Story

Our goal is to get you to achieve your goal! We have a range of services for all ages of all abilities. one on one training, group sessions, online live fitness training and yoga classes, and triathlon training.

Over 20 years of training experience, training in gyms, studios and the outdoors. Now we offer a 40min express live online fitness class and 60min live online yoga classes.

We have now resumed post covid(corona) our outdoor sessions in different parks and beach foreshores on the Gold Coast and please feel free to contact us to know where and when our physical classes are on.
