✨ Not everyone can hear the song you’re humming. ✨

We’re all tuned to different frequency stations; our words, energy and awareness are the language of that station. If you’re speaking 'butterfly', but the other is still tuned to 'caterpillar' your message won’t land.

When you raise and integrate your own vibration through breathwork, stillness, movement, meditation, nutrition, nature, speaking your truth, or simply choosing higher thoughts, you can shift the dial.
