There are so many aspects to consider when looking at how to feel better and have a sense of wellbeing isn't there?
So many opinions, so many products to source
However often times so much is overlooked. Solutions are often found in the most basic concepts.
Protect your adrenal glands at all cost
Learn to be mindful in each and every one of your 86.400 seconds without all the jargon and gurus
Emotions drive the physical response so what you are feeling is responded to by each and every cell
Support the immune system as that drives everything
Vibrant energy is possible to develop and is needed by every cell
Consider how you spend your time and take time for self
These few tips form the foundation to my next seminar to be held at Helensvale Bowls Club here on the Gold Coast. Needing any additional information email sandi@sandirogers.com.au

My niece Jemimah Ashley, a remarkable woman whom I have known since her birth asked me a question and I was stumped!
What was the question I can hear you say?
What is your legacy? Oh I said legacies are for famous people and celebrities. OH no they are not, we should all think about this and action it, she said. Whoa I was at a loss to quickly answer that question. I have never really thought about a legacy so off I went to think about this question. I needed to assess what is a legacy and found many interpretations and combined several comments and settled on 'a legacy is the long-lasting impact of actions that took place in a person's life'. OK now I have something to work with and could tell the wonderful Jemimah Ashley (who I might add is a creative and dynamic young woman who heads a very successful business called the visibility lab and many other things).
On reflection I feel my legacy is always wanting to help people, in particular folks who are faced with struggles and feel overwhelmed. Most of my life is engaged doing just this. In my clinic life I spend time with clients, assess physical and emotional imbalance and seek solutions working in tandem with the person who has afforded me the honour to be their practitioner.
In my public speaking life, I deliver a range of presentations ranging from short talks and seminars and keynote addresses to audiences seeking answers to either business or wellbeing recovery matters.
In my private life I am available to be there if needed when people reach out for help.
So my destiny is always being there to help. Does not sound flash but that is what I feel I am about.
When I wrote my workbook for my seminar to be delivered on the 24th November 2024 at Helensvale on the Gold Coast I collated a list of the most popular subjects drawn from my 40 years of being in clinic as a natural medicine consultant. Before I knew it I had reached 30 pages. I am looking forward to the day and ask if you feel anyone you know may need this information please share this post. The information resonates with my legacy, helping people.
Now as I close what is your legacy? If you do not have one or have not thought about it now is the time to do it as you can then spend constructive time developing it. Thank you Jemimah.

What will I get out of the day if I come to your seminar?
That is a very good question becauseyour time is valuable; each and every one of your 86.400 seconds in fact. So I did put a call out to the last attendees of the seminar held in Victoria. I am not going to take up too much of your time sharing all the comments. I have selected the top 5 points. These are:
1. The idea of creating memory days was one of the most popular comments as many had never thought about taking control of events that occur and turn them into memory days. Some folks invited a friend to join them and collectively a great memory day was created. Some actually met new friends on the day and some of those friendships are continuing.
2. The baskets we have to deposit some activity into each day was certainly a learning and wake up call for several people. Some are very busy at work, while others spend a lot of time looking after parents or grandchildren. Through these activities they overlook themselves and personal relationships. Many have reported the change they have made by making small deposits into their basket has made a huge difference.
3. Loose walking; be loose as a goose created laughter and frivolity AND many are doing it. One comment was 'I do it at home and laugh. I remind myself sometimes when I am walking. I also notice other people loose walking and it makes me laugh'. So much tension is in people's bodies and they do not realise it. Rushing to get to whatever and the body becomes more tense with every step. Little wonder these people feel tired at the end of the day. Learn how to do loose walking, be loose as a goose and feel the difference. We will spend time on this important activity.
4. Emotionality drives physicality was an 'eye-opener' for some. Many were tense and stressed with life and what they were having to deal with and did not realise emotions and physical have to be treated collectively.
5. Last but not least was the thought that foods as medicine can offer great healing opportunities. The thought that a herbal tea I offer could offer so many health benefits AND taste fantastic.
So this is a little snippet that will be covered in my whole day seminar and all written out for you in a 30 page workbook.

Wow I am excited that 12.5% of followers on my page are MEN. That is fantastic. It is so exciting when I have men in the audience at my seminars. Why some may ask. Well for close to 40 years I have been presenting talks ranging from Keynotes where hundreds were in the audience to small not for profits. Mostly women would attend and often ask questions on behalf of their husbands/partners. In this modern era we are finding men will come along and join in the conversation. This new dimension creates a new vibrancy. So hopefully I can get some men to attend my seminar at Club Helensvale on the 24th November.
Well done men for linking with me on facebook. Much appreciated.

All my blood tests were clear, Scans showed nothing however this lady at my last seminar said I just feel lousy all of the time.
That word time stimulated a discussion that many joined in on and I want to share that in this post. I asked her how she spent her time and she started a conversation that resonated with at least half of the room. From early morning until early evening she was booked to be doing something for someone else. In several instances it was for children and linked to grandchildren, or friends, neighbours, clubs etc.
Well we all have 86.400 seconds each and every day and as I have suggested in previous posts it is important to make deposits in each of the 3 baskets; spiritual, business and private life in order to create a balance. Now you may have to deposit more into one basket some days yet it is important not to forget about YOU and YOUR needs.
This subject is often the cause of so many people feeling tired and run down.
Why? Because they are not feeding their soul with enjoyable things.
You see you do not have to spend a lot of time on self. It is amazing the difference people report when they spend 30 minutes on self a few times a week.
One lady started the ukelele and found joy in that.
As I teach ukelele it is wonderful to see the transition as people just have fun.
This subject will be addressed at my seminar on the 24th November on the Gold Coast.
Join me if you can and if not please share this post, it just may help someone.

3 baskets and how this thought helped 3 attendees find balance and harmony.
Although I will go into detail about this concept at my seminar on the 24th November let me provide an overview and hopefully someone may find it useful; after all my passion is about simply helping people on their journey.
Think about life having 3 main baskets, spiritual, business and personal and throughout your 86.400 seconds we are offered each day you deposit into each basket.
Now you may be a very busy person and you spend a lot of time at work. You are deposing into your business basket, however you may be totally neglecting and not depositing any activity into your spiritual or personal basket.
The good news is to think in the context of 3 baskets and deposit what you can into each basket. It is true one basket may need a lot of investment yet too often we totally neglect the other two and this in the long term creates imbalance.
One of the attendees at the Melbourne seminar said that information was THE most important and eye opening idea and as she has commenced to apply these changes she said her life has significantly improved and her personal relationships are back into harmony, although she is still very busy at work, life just feels better.
Of course that makes my day as I invest time into my seminars wanting all attendees to have ah ha moments that changes lives.
I am also mindful not to overload your in box.
