Nikki Brown-Shepherd is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed a dual Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and Exercise Science at Griffith University Gold Coast with further studies and experience in paediatric and maternal dietetics.
She focuses on connecting clients to their nutritional needs to allow their body to function optimally and move towards better health outcomes. As an evidenced-based practitioner, she combines the most up-to-date research, comprehensive nutritional analysis, counselling and education, accompanied with simple individualised nutrition strategies, resources and guides to best support her clients.
Special interests:
Her special interests in paediatric dietetics including growth and developmental delays, preterm infants, allergies & intolerances, neuro disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, nutritional adequacy on restricted diets, tube feeds, and gastrointestinal health.
Nikki also supports adults, with a passion for pre and postnatal nutrition, sustainable weight loss, digestive disorders, nutrient deficiencies and specialised diets for chronic disease management.
As a proud member of Dietitians Australia, Nikki continually enhances her skills and knowledge with regular professional development in her specialised areas.
