📢 Important NDIS Pricing & Access Update – Effective 24 November 2025
As your trusted NDIS provider, we want to keep you informed. The NDIA has released new NDIS Pricing Arrangements & Price Limits along with supporting documents. These changes aim to increase clarity and ensure pricing and claiming guidance stay aligned with policy direction.
🗓 What’s Coming & When
Effective date: 24 November 2025
Many providers asked for earlier notice — in response, we’re giving you more time to adapt and support your decision-making.
Action required by providers: None for claims — you can continue as normal.
Action required by participants/families: We encourage reviewing changes and reaching out if you have questions.
🔍 Key Changes You Should Know
Adjusted price limits for Art Therapists and Music Therapists, as recommended by the Independent Review
Revised guidance for claiming “Other Professional” support items
Removal of COVID-related addenda and support items
Updates to Modified Monash Model classifications in line with Department of Health updates
Indexation changes to the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) calculator
Revisions in the Assistive Technology, Home Modifications & Consumables Guide, including adding/removing support items
Updates to descriptions and structure for Community Social & Recreational Activities, Innovative Community Participation, Community Participation Activities
📚 New Resources
Therapy Supports Operational Guideline now available — outlines what therapy supports are, when they’ll be funded, and by whom
PRODA access will be discontinued from 10 November 2025 — all providers must migrate to myID + RAM to access NDIS systems
Step-by-step migration guides and other support materials are available on the NDIA website

Providers: You can use the extra notice period to adjust business practices, understand the changes, and help participants
Participants & families: You’ll have clearer guidance, and we’re here to help you interpret how these updates may affect your services
All stakeholders: No interruptions to claims — processes remain consistent
