Who loves garlic? Me.
Garlic contains an enzyme called allicin, which has a pungent aroma the moment is it crushed. Its medicinal aroma lasts for about 10 seconds. It’s that enzyme that’s particularly important.
Have you ever tried to grow garlic? I did once until I found out that the ones you purchase have been modified to never grow into a bulb.

Good morning,
Are you a crafter? I certainly am, I find it comforting and challenging. I do all sorts but my favourite is to crochet. Over the weekend to which was my first visit, was knitfest. Meet some very talented people and of course couldn’t go past buying a few items myself.
