Waking up with back pain? ✨
It’s not always just your mattress sometimes it’s a sign of what’s happening inside your body.

Morning back stiffness can be caused by:
🔥 Inflammation that builds up overnight
🦴 Early signs of arthritis
😴 Poor sleep posture or habits
💤 Lack of movement during sleep

Here are 3 quick tips to help ease it:
1️⃣ Sleep on your side with a pillow between your knees
2️⃣ Stretch gently before getting out of bed and getting into bed
3️⃣ If it happens often, get your spine and hips checked
