3 Tips for Managing Low Back Pain 💥

1️⃣ Avoid slumping when sitting or relaxing– keep your knees at 90 degrees or at least a slight angle and use pillows to support your back
2️⃣ Move regularly – aim to get up every 15–30 minutes to keep your back mobile and happy.
3️⃣ Eat well & stay hydrated – good nutrition supports healing and reduces inflammation.

What should you wear to an osteopathy appointment?
Comfort is key! We recommend:
👕 A loose-fitting top or T-shirt
👖 Loose pants or shorts
🎒 Or bring something to change into

You may be asked to remove some layers so we can assess and treat the area properly—usually down to shorts and a regular bra (a back-clip bra is easier than a sports bra).

Don’t stress—if you’re not comfortable removing clothing, we can absolutely work through loose clothing, plus we have robes available if you need.
