Mum of two, natural health & wellness lover, and founder of The Conscious Crate 🌸

This journey began when I made a choice to take my health into my own hands.

I was struggling with PCOS and conventional medicine only masked, never healed my symptoms. I was handed prescriptions after quick 15 minute consults and sent on my way with no answers. But deep down, I knew that relying on synthetic drugs wasn’t the solution.

So I healed naturally.

I then realised just how many toxins are hidden away in everyday products that we are exposed to every single day.. All quietly impacting our health, our hormones and even our fertility.

So I created The Conscious Crate, a curated health and wellness box filled with natural products for your family that help take the guesswork out of switching to a low-tox way of living and raising healthy little humans. 💛

Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Karli and I’m the founder of Little K Collective. I’m a proud mum of 2 beautiful girls, a wife to my husband Dylan and I’m also a qualified primary school teacher. Children and motherhood are my absolute passions. I created this brand to reach other parents, to support those with post-partum depression and anxiety (as this is something I dearly struggled with and conquered) and to share the joys and challenges of what parenthood brings. Not having the support or village that I saw others had, was a very hard pill to swallow, I definitely felt the effects of it and started realising that I wasn’t the only one out there without a village. Village or not, being a parent is the hardest job in the world and we manage to find strength that we didn’t know we had to get up and keep going each and every single day. Thank you for following along my brand and journey 🤍
