I always wondered what collagen REALLY is & this pic explains it!

I learned that Type 1 (which is the stuff I take) specifically replenishes the collagen - it strengthens hair, skin, nails & bones! So, without it, our skin becomes dry, saggy & wrinkley...it's basically nutrition for the skin! Cool hey!

As i say, we learn something new every day!
