108 Sun Salutations with Elynn is happening.
Come join the fun this Saturday 13th Dec from 9:30 am in the hot room, although the heat will be switched off.

This is the final workshop of 2025 and final deep cleanse of the year as we move 108 times ~ linking breath and movement symbiotically to create a shift in conscious awareness in readiness for the new year.

The cost is only $30 to partake in this experience which Elynn leads every quarter. It is in line with the change of seasons as we prepare for newness and freshness.

Allow for 1.5 hours to partake in this journey, which will increase your tapas (inner fire) 🔥 and shed the 5 Koshas or layers of conditioning. These 5 layers are: the Annamaya Kosha (physical), Pranamaya Kosha (energy/breath), Manomaya Kosha (mind/emotions), Vijnanamaya Kosha (wisdom/intellect), and Anandamaya Kosha (bliss).

Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu ~ May all beings everywhere be happy and free

Om Narayanaya ~ I bow to Lord Narayana (Vishnu), a universal chant for surrender, peace, and self-realisation

Om Namoh Bhagavate Vasudevaya ~ I bow to the Supreme, who is the source of all beauty, strength, wealth, and intelligence

Happiest birthday blessings and good wishes to our very own Dr J ~ from all of us at Fire Shaper Bundall.

Thank you for your kindness, humour, and being in the trenches with us. You’re an awesome teacher, and seeing you practice in the hot room reminds us we are all human; every great teacher is always a great student.

Dr J is an incredible and highly sought after chiropractor, yet remains equally humble. He’s a great dad (also now dog dad), teacher and guide.

Let’s all send our good wishes his way for an abundant and expansive year ahead and wishing you an awesome day today.
