Perimenopause can feel really confusing - especially around food.
What used to work suddenly doesn’t. You might notice more anxiety, mood swings, fatigue, cravings, weight gain, poor sleep, or just feel like your body is harder to manage.
A big part of this is blood sugar. During perimenopause, unstable blood sugar can amplify hormonal symptoms and make everything feel more intense - emotionally and physically.
