As 2024 comes to an end,
Just want to say thank u to all my amazing clients! This year was another tough one for our family, with our daughter full rupture of her acl and mensicus needing full acl reconstruction at 11 years of age, theres no way I could afford time off, moving clients around, purchasing braces, spent thousands on rehab, physio if I didnt have u guys supporting me to do so! Most of my clients come to me self care with their bodies and understand the importance of rehab and recovery (cause i drill it into them every massage 😂) so u guys knew the importance of our daughters recovery. We are 7 months into this journey and its totally consumed my year. So thank u! For your support, moving your times, being patient when ive had to cancel or had appointments. Ive been able to give her my all, making it the biggest priority. Thank u for checking in on us, thank u for booking in. I will keep bringing all the extra knowledge I learn, keep continuing educating myself to give u guys the best treatments!!

Hello! Its been a while since ive posted on here.

Few weeks ago i had the worse Vertigo, ive never experienced before.
We have had a rough 4 months as a family due to my 11yr old going through one of the biggest injuries u can get, yet alone for a child, she needed a Full Acl reconstruction and Menicus repair.
I did my best to really prepare for the stress we were going to endure.
But it goes to show that the body, still is the boss of us. Will make us stop when we just keep pushing ourselves.

Now im determined to do more research on the nervous system, as its a big driver to anxiety which then can lead to other Nervous System issues like Vertigo.

Please be intune with your body, listen to it, rest it, nuture it. just know that it requires more than just one treatment, one day off, one good night sleep.
We need consistency when it comes to healing our nervous system.
