Part of the Holistic Lifestyle focus is to stay fit and healthy with our body, mind, soul, and spirit. Being out in nature is a great way to do this. Adding some sort of ritual or ceremony can heighten this experience. That's what I love to do when I am out in nature.

Sometimes it is important to take time out and contemplate life, especially our health. In fact, I believe it is essential. By health I mean HOLISTIC HEALTH - Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Spiritual.

To really get a sense of how we are doing it is a good idea to seek out an experienced professional and work out what needs to be done to 'upgrade', 'heal', or 'change' the things that need it.

In my work as a holistic therapist (Spiritual Teacher, Psychotherapist, Counsellor), I support people to do this and to put into place whatever is required.
