Step into REST
It’s sometimes easier to exercise rather than allocate time to complete rest. But without rest our body cannot heal.
If our bodies work best when we are fully rested and healed then the obvious result will be optimal function of all@things including your metabolism.
I know it sounds silly saying my methodology is a REST BASED weight loss approach but sometimes going the opposite direction works especially when your body needing compassion and love rather than a good old flogging.
Ask yourself does your body need to be pushed or does it need some rest and restoration.
Here on our annual Wellness retreat in Koh Samui our lesson and our time here is y space for rest.
