Embracing Yoga into my weekly routine was a turning point in my own health journey.

After years of pushing myself through high-intensity workouts that left me exhausted, inflamed, and still not seeing results, I knew something had to change.

Yoga become a cornerstone of my metabolic methodology - not because it's trendy, but because it WORKS with our hormonal reality.
