For years, "fitness" meant:
Pushing through pain
No pain no gain
Ignore your body

At 40, my body stopped cooperating.

Injuries piled up.
Weight wouldn't budge.
Everything hurt.

I switched my entire focus to FLEXIBILITY.

Not for performance.

30 minutes alternating days:

Thinking I was intermittent fasting

But still gaining weight!

The mistake? Thinking eating LESS was the answer.

Often in life before great progress comes immense pain. For me this is true too

I had to hit rock bottom in order to rebuild and grow. In that moment I found yoga. Not to help with pain or with weight loss but to just FEEL

Yoga is not for weight loss. It’s is in fact my reason for being. It’s connecting with something so powerful for myself. Just me. Not the family. Not my clients. Not my work or anything other than me.

This is me. This is my reason for feeling and for ultimately being.

If only people could feel more then they would love more and the more love the more their body responds.

Feel the love. ❤️

I weighed myself every morning for 2 years and felt...

Up 0.6kg? Ruined my day.
Down 1kg? Still not enough.
The number controlled how I felt about my body.

My cortisol stayed HIGH.
From the scale confusion alone.

At 43, I decided instead of blaming myself for what the scale showed,
I would study it like a scientist without judgement or blame.

One "real" dinner for the family.

Exhausting. Unsustainable. Lonely.

Now? We all eat the same meals.

Delicious. Nourishing. Family-approved.
