We’re happy to inform you that we’re reopening at 5am on Sunday 9th of March.

We will be unstaffed until Monday the 10th of March 7am.

The stretch and flow class will be going ahead as per usual at 9:30am on Sunday.

On the last Saturday of every month Tomikah will be running a social HiiT class where ALL are welcome, member or not! The class will be a tough one but have a great social aspect. Starting on the 26th of August. Time to burn those weekend calories!!

Every Tuesday morning Marnie will be running a burn pilates which is a combination of a circuit class and the movements from pilates. Making for a compelling way to start your Tuesday mornings.
