AQUA Psychology was established by Samantha Waters a registered Psychologist and Sport Psychologist in Mudgeeraba. Specialising in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress and chronic pain management, Samantha uses various a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and positive psychology strategies to improve your emotional well-being.

Samantha is also experienced in Sport Psychology working with individual athletes and sporting teams to maximise their successes and enhance their sports performance.
