Physiotherapy:

- Every patient udnergoes an assessment where treatment goals & plan are devised
- The physiotherapist will educate you on your injury, provide manual "hands on" treatment, including Clinical Pilates. Where appropriate they will provide a home exercise program with a focus on a quick return to full function and self management.
- The physiotherapists at Solutions are also qualified in Clinical Pilates and Accupuncture
- No referal necessary for physiotherapy or Pilates for private patients
- We are also a Workcover, Third Party, Medicare EPC and Department of Veteran's Affairs providers with a referral from the GP. Clinical Pilates:

- Every patient undergoes an intial assessment with the physiotherapist to discuss injuries (past and current), address any symptoms that may require manual treatment and discuss goals of treatment
- The physiotherapist then develops a Clinical Pilates program for each individual addressing key problem areas based on their goals, strengths and weaknesses
- Clinical Pilates is supervised by a physiotherapist and a trained assistant
- Each session will include the relevent hands on physiotherapy techniques that are required for that patient
