Hi Elev8 Community,

Let me introduce myself - my name is Kaidi.

I am officially joining the team as a Personal Trainer and will also be running some specialty classes of Mobility, Stretching, Pilates plus more!

A little bit about me:
• I have been passionate about health, active living and fitness since I was a kid
• I grew up on a farm in Estonia - a little country just below Finland
• I did athletics training for 13 years all the way through my school years
• Studied Sports Science with specialisation in Athletics
• I was an exchange student in an Italian university for a year
• Worked as a Personal Trainer in London and then moved to Australia and worked for F45

I have since had two kids who are now 4.5 and 2 years old. Raising my kids has made me prioritise my health even more - to be a good role model for my kids and lead a healthy life as a mother and help as many others do the same.

I specialize in Athletic Performance, Fat-loss, Mobility, Pregnancy and Post-Partum training, Injury management and Prevention.

I am excited to meet everyone and look forward to helping as many people as I can with their health and fitness goals. I believe in life-long healthy changes in training and daily routine over quick fixes, fads and trends.

Excited to be a part of a great team and look forward to bringing you all some exciting changes for Elev8 in 2024!

Hello 2024!

I get so many people ask me questions like this :

“How can i lose 5 kg before this big event?”
“What should i eat?”
“What sort of training should i do?”

And tell me lines like:
“I have to lose 10kg”
“I have to start training!”
“How come YOU are so fit after two kids”
“I have to start training every day and eat less”

All these questions and statements are loaded with confusion, frustration and a hope for an easy solution.

• How about we start with what does your eating and activity levels look at the moment?

• What sort of healthy changes in your routine will be the easiest for you to maintain?

I find that a lot of people have these goals that are so hard to maintain over the span of a year.

I have coached people through this confusion and have helped them stay accountable with training. You do not have to do it alone.

When i was a child my mum always used to tell me “Don’t say you can’t, rather say - I will learn”.

Self-love and determination is definetly something that can be learnt.

Do not tear yourself down daily, rather encourage yourself and find the solutions. Most situations have a solution.

Some of my clients go into a set saying "Oh no this weight is too heavy" or "This exercise is too hard" or "I am so weak".
If you believe that those things are true, you will have a much harder time actually improving.

Go into your workout session with confidence and willingness to try and learn.

Mindset is everything.

Hi everyone!
I am a Personal Trainer located on the Gold Coast.

I have a BA in Sports Science and Cert III & IV in Personal Training.
I am passionate about helping people with any level of fitness to reach their health and fitness goals.

I have previously worked with people of all ages, levels of fitness and injuries. My goal is to teach all my clients how to train in an efficient and healthy way keeping your longevity in mind.
