ABOUT FIONA

A Wellbeing Consultant, born and raised in Scotland, Fiona Greenlaw operated her own successful business until she travelled to Australia in 1990 following 'spiritual whispers'. Unbeknown to her at that time, she had taken a massive leap of faith and became immersed in a 'self' healing journey.

Once in Australia, Fiona, realised she could live life free of fear and feel safe and happy. Living with mental health imbalances, anxiety and depression, she found to be debilitating. 'I am so grateful for the all the help and support I received from family, friends and random angels along my way, however, I soon realised I had to be the one to make a 'holistic change' in my life and learn how to heal me.'

The benefits from the practice of Tai Chi & Qigong led Fiona from living with scars of a traumatic personal crisis, to studying these arts and embarking on a 6 year Degree with Erle Montaigue (Master Degree Chine 1975). By 1995, Fiona achieved a qualification to begin teaching, which she did within community wherever she lived. Her passion for energy medicine continued to develop and a book called 'You Can Heal Your Life' by Louise Hay was her next awakening, as she explored healing holistically through various modalities, later learnt to be Complementary Therapies. A love of metaphysics was born and the magic of Mindful Moving was created'. Fiona expanded her knowledge through university study where she gained a Degree in Human Movement Science and then continued to gain a Diploma in Complementary Therapies which included Holistic counselling, Meditation, Reiki and Mindfulness. 'Complementary therapies where my saviour and are my go to in any mental health emergency. I love to share healing arts. I also love to walk, swim, snorkel, potter in my garden grove, eat food from the land and be respectful and care for All folks past, present and future.

Today is the big day! The year of the horse begins and we have an eclipse in Aquarius known as the ring of fire eclipse. Aquarius is change and the unexpected, fire is releasing and the horse wants to move and go forward. I sense this is a process that will play out particularly over the next 6 months. Embrace, breathe and be brave. You deserve the best!

🌿 The Art of Saying No – A Lesson from Walk for Peace 🌿

My friend, exhaustion sometimes comes not from doing too much, but from saying yes too often to things that aren’t truly ours.

A message arrives, a favor is asked, an invitation comes — and we nod, even when we don’t want to. Little by little, the days pass, and we feel we are no longer living inside our own life.

The Walk for Peace teaches something simple yet profound:
Peace is not at the end of the road. Peace is the way you walk right now. And sometimes, to walk like that, we must learn one word: no.

Not no to the world, but no to losing yourself. No to distractions. No to exhaustion. No to abandoning your mind and heart.

Each mindful step on the Walk for Peace reminds us:

Breathe in. Breathe out. Be aware.

Do one thing at a time.

Protect your peace.

Choose your yeses carefully — yes to health, yes to presence, yes to love, yes to a life that matters.

Saying no is not cold. It is wisdom. It is compassion — for yourself and for others, so you can truly show up, fully, when it matters.

Start small: the one no, three breaths practice. Pause. Notice. Choose. Let your life be guided by awareness, not obligation.

Step by step, breathe by breathe, peace becomes your path.

May you walk gently. Slowly. Steadily.
May you always be at peace.

On October 26th, a small group of monks began their journey from Fort Worth, Texas. 108 days later, what began in silence became a national inspiration.

Step by step, barefoot and steady, they crossed state lines, cities, highways, snow, wind, and rain. They walked through Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Virginia — and finally into Washington, D.C.

Thousands walked beside them. Millions watched online. Police departments, churches, temples, and families welcomed them. Strangers became supporters. Observers became participants.

The first photo shows how it started.
The second shows how far peace can travel when it is carried with sincerity.

The miles may be complete — but the impact continues.

May you and all beings be well, happy, and at peace. 🙏

🌑✨ New Moon • Solar Eclipse in Aquarius • Year of the Fire Horse 🔥

February 17, 2026

This is not just another moon.

This is a cosmic activation… one that only comes once in a lifetime.

The New Moon resets your inner world.
The Solar Eclipse accelerates your evolution.
And the Fire Horse year lights the path you were always meant to run.

What the universe is whispering now:

You are not being remade — you are remembering.

You are not starting over —
you are stepping through.

What you release during this eclipse
won’t come back the same.

What you claim during this moon
won’t let you go.

You are being rewired for freedom,
for sovereignty,
for the fiery truth of who you came here to be. 🔥

This is a cosmic invitation to:
✨ Burn old stories that no longer serve
✨ Reclaim sacred parts of yourself
✨ Rise into your power with clarity & courage
✨ Step into the life your spirit knows is yours

Our Story

Fiona Greenlaw is a teacher of Qigong & Tai Chi, has gained a Bachelor Degree in Human Movement (Exercise) Science, Diploma of Complimentary Therapies, Reiki practitioner and a Spiritual Guide.

The core of Mindful Moving is Qigong & Tai Chi with an intention to bring about holistic healing to mind, body, spirit, heart and soul. These Arts will cultivate and stimulate your internal energy system, improve your circulation, allowing you to feel grounded, rejuvenated, refreshed and balanced. Qigong is a great way to deal with stress and learn how to relax. It helps to release emotional tension, increase concentration, spatial awareness, which then leads to feeling calm and living peacefully. Fiona began teaching in 1995. These Arts have been an integral part of Fiona's life since 1992, she believes it was a "self-healing gift" from Spirit. Qigong & Tai Chi is her holistic medicine, she would practice everyday to regain balance and harmony in herself and life, while going through major mental and emotional trauma. Fiona had a few teachers prior to taking on full-time study of these Arts and embarking on a 6 year healing journey, studying alongside teacher, mentor and friend Erle Montaigue (Master Degree China). Qigong cultivates and balances your energy systems - Qi (pronounced chee) referring to the life-force energy circulating through the body and gong (pronounced gung) translates as cultivation or work. To be healthy and free of tension, dis-ease and illness, Qi needs to be plentiful and circulate smoothly along the meridians. The meridians are the energy network of the body, when the body's energy network becomes blocked, the overall health of the body becomes imbalanced and then dis-ease can occur. Qigong is a breathing exercise which becomes a moving meditation, the practice coordinates slow movement, balanced diaphragmatic breathing and a calm mental focus. It is a tranquil, gentle and pleasurable way of attaining and maintaining health and harmony in the mind, body, spirit, heart and soul. "Enjoy my easy to learn style of teaching with a complete focus on self-healing & balance to improve your well-being. With my guidance you will feel relaxed with a calm and clear mind, improve your muscular strength, fitness & balance and enjoy the warmth in your Soul from giving yourself some healing". Many Blessings Namaste XO
