The original milon circuit has been constantly enhanced and improved since 1999. milon equipment is in daily use at more than 2500 facilities throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our advanced technology is intelligent, safe and effective. All of the milon equipment is operated with a smart card. The individual training data and the equipment settings are saved on the card, e.g. seat position, movement amplitudes, resistance and pulse rate. As soon as the smart card is inserted into the reader, the equipment automatically switches to the proper settings. Electronic resistance control

Electric motors generate the training resistance in milon equipment. Another advantage of this technology is that resistance can be precisely adjusted in 1kg increments. Resistance levels for concentric and eccentric movements can be set separately. Consequently, there is optimum load on the muscles during every phase, so strength is built up faster. This ensures up to 30 % greater effectiveness of the exercise. The progress of the training session is also recorded, so you can always see your progress.

Demolition Update:

Dear Members and Friends,

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully secured premises at Mariners Cove (Old Hogs Breath Cafe Site) and will relocate our operations by 14 November 2025. We expect the change to be seamless and we look forward to welcoming you all in the new location.

Currently please continue to utilise the Marina Mirage location as normal.

The new location will allow us to remain within the Main Beach area and continue serving the local community. Parking will also be free for our members.

Marina Mirage Demolition Update

Dear members and friends,

We have received concrete information this evening that Marina Mirage is nearing its demolition date which is now expected to occur in early 2026. As a result of the impending demolition, the centre will undergo substantial decommissioning which will unfortunately impact our facility from November onwards. We are currently in discussions with other parties in the immediate vicinity which will hopefully ensure that our facility can remain on Seaworld Drive rather than require a more significant relocation.

We ask our members not to panic and rest assured that we will keep you updated regarding any future developments. We may require your patience over the coming weeks and we have every intention to continue providing you with all your health and wellness needs well into the future and from a nearby location. Due to ongoing discussions, we cannot reveal any further information about that.

For now, the gym will operate as normal from the current location.

Class Update:

There may be some immediate class disruptions which we will need to navigate together. We will provide an updated class time table in due course. This rather sad news was somewhat unexpected as our intention was to expand the class offering through the introduction of Les Mills and Reformer Pilates.
