My morning breakfast and supplements as a qualified Naturopath 🍎🌿
Before you ask where the probiotics are, I am experimenting on working on my gallbladder to stimulate better digestion through supps and nutrition and better supporting my gut microbiome this way.
Upon waking - 1x glass of water with 2x slippery Elm capsules. I do this for best effect of healing the gut lining.
30 mins after I will have a black coffee and then walk my dog for 40 mins. I do this to increase weight loss with fasted cardio but also to give myself time before taking my vitamins as caffeine lowers their bioavailability and absorption.
I will then have a protein and antioxidant packed breakfast including an omelette slice I meal prep packed with vegetables. This week is zucchini & Carrot. I have started adding rocket to help stimulate digestion better!
I take these non negotiable supplements from as they are the only ones dont hurt my stomach (sensitive girl). These supps are best taken with food for better absorption and away from caffeine.
