Join our Nerang Pilates studio for Beginner, Senior, Mums & Bubs, Booty & Stretch classes—or flow from anywhere with our $6/week Adventure Pilates online platform. PILATES, PERSONAL TRAINING & NUTRITION

Our Shoes Off Living studio, based on the Gold Coast Queensland offers group Pilates and functional movement training sessions, which are suitable for all ages and experience levels available in our private studio or online. Our friendly instructors are incredibly passionate about what they do and will always meet you where you’re at. You’ll be encouraged and supported to develop your strength, flexibility and range of movement at a pace that is comfortable for you. We know your life is probably very busy and you’re juggling a lot each day. That’s why our Shoes Off Living team have dedicated their time and energy to creating a space that’s relaxing, nurturing and educational. We want class time to be your time.
