Becoming a Mother and realising how hard it is to find time for yourself, to exercise, to socialise so I decided to create that for our local community and I have being the one truly gifted with a community who are supportive, down to earth and who speak the truth of how hard motherhood can be whilst enjoying the beautiful moments of our babies connecting and playing.

Our community have made me a better Mother and I will be forever grateful that Maisie has grown up in it and has her own community of friendships with some stemming 6+ years 🙏🏼

This is an incredible read especially if you experience back pain/ bulging discs and the power of doing Pilates with someone who is experienced in managing this and taking it slow and steady! So grateful for Loretta putting this on our Google profile 🙏🏼

A trip down memory lane…

In celebration of our studio recently turning 7 and some of our original members returning back to Pilates lets celebrate all our members along the way 🙌

When I was young I dreamt of growing up and helping people and now here I stand as a 40 year old with 20 years in the fitness and health industry, so proud of how far we have come!

So grateful to everyone who has joined me over the last 20 years and if you can spot yourself in a pic or have a memory please comment or reach out as I love to hear from you 💞

We have just committed to another 5 years at our studio - very excited to create more lasting memories with our beautiful community 🙏🏼
