I had the honour of volunteering at a teen mental health retreat this weekend, and to say it’s an honour is an understatement, the work that Heal.ed Tribe do for our teens is beyond anything I can describe in words, for these teens firstly to even accept help outside of the family network, is a massive step, which shows how much these teens feel safe, accepted and nurtured within this tribe, to progress to attending a day retreat is huge❤️ having Shay Loader a young student who I sponsored to be a reiki practitioner, providing reiki treatments and supporting me in a workshop was a pinch me moment of all I have manifested to support at a crucial time in life, to turn pain, and lived experiences in to a passion 🙏🏻

How would it feel to take time for you, be cocooned and nurtured in a beautiful space, given permission to just be, with no where to be or nothing to do, giving that time to you. I have 2 spaces available tomorrow for 60 mins or 1 space for 90 mins, at the beautiful space Sumone in west Burleigh.

Yes!! This is something I have been mindful of saying, and share often with the beautiful clients I see. 🙌🏻 As when you say “My anxiety, My Asthma” etc you are claiming that you own it, but it’s not something you want to own. 😍

How would it feel for you to hear these words whilst swaddled in a beautiful cocoon in a relaxing space, feeling understood, seen, heard, without judgement, accepted and loved unconditionally, which means accepted and loved no matter what. ❤️

See how that sits in your nervous system❤️ this can also be done at home and so impactful, giving yourself that permission and allowance for even 20 mins, will enhance your life and productivity, that moment you give to yourself you gain back in quality time in all that you do 🙏🏻 This is only a taster of what I provide in my sessions ❤️ as human beings we feel we need that permission, why wait until you feel unwell to gain this, we need to be able to surrender and give that time for us, we are human “beings” but the majority of time we are human “doings”. We need that time to just “be” and that’s so ok 🙌🏻 next time you take those few moments for yourself, just relish it and enjoy it, without putting any meaning to it, you deserve this time 💚
