“When the Ocean Speaks, the Soul Listens.” 🌊
The night before heading out into the open ocean in Tonga, I dreamt of a black-spotted whale.
A few hours later, the boat stilled… and rising beside us was that very same whale. 🐋

For two sacred hours I swam in its presence — a meeting of spirit and sea that left my body pulsing with incredible energy, tears streaming down my face, and my whole being recalibrated. It was a profoundly humbling, healing experience I will carry in my heart forever.

What a beautiful gathering of open hearts, deep breaths, and soulful connection. It was truly an honour to guide you through the journey of breathwork, meditation, and sacred sound healing.
