                                            Take care of yourself in these stressful times.
I had my own healing session yesterday to release some stress and trauma had accumulated over the last 4 years!! 
And wonderfully a bit of other old unprocessed s**t was let go.
I feel way lighter today and my nervous system and entire body is super grateful.
It was a bit overdue to be honest!! Ideally last month would’ve been better,
There was a build up of energy that had to be moved and some stuff to be felt!
I cried the whole way there, it was an hours drive!
Why would I share that you may wonder, because I think we need to normalise
Healing and processing emotions a bit more.
It is a truly natural thing to cry and release and let go.
It is not meant to be bottled up and stored and kept
On shelves of shame in side ourselves.
It is ok to have a cry
It is ok to share you’re healing some old stuff
It is ok to ask for help
So many people tell me they’re scared to get in there
And have a look, as it’ll hurt and be painful!
I assure you
Not doing so is actually more painful for your system
You can’t numb it forever
You have way way more COURAGE than you think
You have way way more strength and power you think
You’ve got this
