I highly recommend Dean Siveter, Nutritionist and Coach.
I always thought I maintained a healthy, balanced diet but I started to find it hard to shift extra kilos in my 40’s.No matter how often I trained, (5-6 times per week), or how hard I trained, I just wasn’t seeing any changes in my body.

I started seeing Dean in February 2023 and honestly, it is the best thing I have done. Dean asked me lots of questions about my diet, goals and training before I signed up for my personalised 12 week plan.

My custom made meal plans were easy to follow, the recipes were straightforward and the food delicious. The regular check in’s with Dean meant I could chat about my concerns, my wins, what wasn’t working and what was working. Dean is patient, kind, understanding, and knowledgeable and really gets where you are coming from in regards to weight, nutrition, body shape and your goals.

I lost 6 kilos in 12 weeks with significant changes in my body shape. and how it can hold us back, especially for those of you considering a nutrition journey but haven't taken that first step. The truth is, fear is often a creation of our own minds – an illusion that we allow to dictate our actions.
Fear is that voice in your head saying, "What if I can't do it?" or "What if I fail?" The reality is, you're stronger than you think. It's time to dispel the myth of fear.

This food swap is a powerful one! We know that when trying to lose weight, a higher protein diet is so important! it keeps you fuller for longer and maintains muscle mass are 2 big reasons why. Its also important to watch your sugar intake as your body has the tendency to store this as fat much easier if we're not careful due the lack of breakdown required for digestion.

🌟 Why I do, what I do🌟

My WHY is simple! I absolutely LOVE being able to make other people's lives better. Enabling women to feel amazing in their own skin, fit into jeans they haven't for years, have the ability to keep up with their kids! I have studied Nutrition and Training at a deeper level to better understand how Female hormones play a part in weight gain, weight loss and mood.

My early days as a trainer, I realised something quite quickly! 95% of my clients are female and they are either going to start a family or eventually enter menopause and I don't know the answers to the HOW TO TRAIN, WHAT TO EAT, HOW TO IMPROVE MOOD, during these times. So I asked fellow trainers and I was amazed at how little people knew when it came to these areas!!!! Not just Male trainers, female too!

I had clients needing answers and I couldn't help, this didn't feel good for me so I decided to do something about it.... Study these area's! Becoming qualified in pre/postnatal training and nutrition, and Menopause Nutriton and Training.

I now have the ability to answer questions and literally change peoples lives because I cared enough to do it! this for me isn't a job, its a passion. there is no better feeling than seeing the smile on someones face or even hearing the smile on their face when we speak on the phone, because they have achieved something they didn't think could at the stage in their life.
