I’m done with pushing my body to keep up.
I’m doing this instead.

Letting my mornings start without urgency.

Eating without multitasking.

Pausing at doorways before I move into the next thing.

Letting my shoulders drop before I speak.

Noticing when my jaw tightens and choosing softness over speed.

Washing my hands like it’s a reset, not a task.

Giving myself transitions.
A few breaths between one role and the next.
Standing still after I park the car.
Letting silence finish its sentence.

This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about moving at the pace my body trusts.
Letting my nervous system lead instead of the clock.

You don’t need a new routine.
You need to give yourself permission to stop rushing yourself through your own life.

Save this for the moments you feel yourself speeding up.
