Holding tension.
Holding emotions.
Holding stories the body is ready to release.

And at some point… your body whispers:
Ive had enough of holding this.

This is your invitation to soften.
To be supported.
To come back into your body in a way that feels safe, grounded, and real.

Today didn’t go how I expected…

and instead of making it mean something about my work, my worth, or my business
I chose to see it differently.

As a return to truth

Because the truth is, I can always feel when I’m slightly out of alignment.

Not fully anchored.
Not fully present.
Not fully in my body.

And when that happens… things don’t land the way they’re meant to.

Not because it’s not meant for me
but because I’ve momentarily moved away from my truth.

This is your reminder (and mine):

You don’t need to push harder.
You don’t need to do more.
You don’t need to force people to meet you.

You just need to come back.

Back to your body.
Back to your intention.
Back to the way you’re meant to do things.

And if you’re craving a space where you can do that
be held, grounded, and gently guided back into yourself…
