Rishikesh 2026; as usual it takes me a few weeks at home to really integrate.

🌊I feel in love with Ganga Ma & miss her calming blue/green waters of mercy everyday
🙇🏼‍♀️ got focused and locked in on my Bhakti, which felts so grounding and freeing
🦋It was a true time stamp of my year, I often feel like I’m going backwards in Spiritual life but returning one year later to Rishikesh I can see how I’ve grown & shifted
🌻Reconnecting with friends & meeting new ones
🪇Sat in kirtan for hourrrrs and actually found a taste for class!
🫠 burnt the rest of my half melted candle of energy (thank goodness it’s winter now in Aus 😅) But was overstimulated only about 80% of them time!

It is this song and/or the high from kirtan last night (see slide 2).

But I’m feeling so sentimental for all the beautiful souls that have shaped my heart these past years at Krishna Farm.
Those who stay for days, weeks or years.
The first loves and the last,
Each time never feeling the heart will open again.
Yet it does.

If I can love one, can I love all?
Maybe.
An ever expanding opening of the heart,
Whilst detaching from attachment.

The heart is calmer now.

Creating the balance for myself,
So long I pushed.
So long I was proving myself,
Seeking validation.

A longing to soften,

It’s such an honour to share as I learn and to be given the opportunity to live the life I do, so I try my best to share the love & peace as much as I can. 💕💕💕
