Over the past two weeks, we’ve experienced an outpouring of kindness and support that has truly touched our hearts. To everyone who sent well wishes, offered help, and checked in with us, your thoughtfulness has been so humbling thank you

A special depth of gratitude is reserved for Sammy. Her selflessness is amazing as she first took care of Noki, and then, without hesitation, opened her home to both Cam and myself, during the 11 days without power, water, or sewerage and Cam being in hospital. Sammy, your actions reflect the very essence of you Only Love

This experience has taught me a lot about receiving. When I shared with Sammy how hard it was for me to accept help, she simply said, ‘this is what family does for each other.’ This statement resonated deeply. It’s often not those who share our blood, but rather those precious souls we call friends, who become our true family in times of need.

To all the ‘friends’ out there embodying that spirit of love and support for others, your kindness makes the world a brighter place. Thank you.

Our eternal thanks, love, and gratitude go out to Sammy. Cam and I love and appreciate you more than words can express. You’ve shown us the profound impact of kindness and the true meaning of friendship, we love you 🙏🏼😘❤️

Let’s not do the whole new year new me crap

Let’s do new year TRUE me

Let’s all come out from behind the masks that we wear, the stories we tell ourselves, the shame, the guilt and all the limitations we hold over ourselves

Dare to be YOU

Be Brave

Whilst you’re worrying about what everyone thinks, adapting to who you think people want you to be and filtering yourself in order to fit in, you’re denying yourself the opportunity of meeting people who’ll accept you and in fact appreciate and love you for who you actually are

If you haven’t found your people yet it’s because you’re not being yourself

You will still be living a version of yourself

Stop it

What if you could wake up tomorrow morning and go out into the world without the masks, the filters and all that holds you back from showing up as the TRUE you?

What would life look like?

Sure, you’ll lose people, that’s a given

But you’ll gain not only a better relationship with yourself and a better experience of your life but you will attract people who resonate and who are in alignment with you and your values

Take some time this week to reflect on where in your life you’re not showing up in your authenticity. Where and when do you find yourself filtering or wearing a mask? What situations or people do you find you tend to shift from your truth to keep the peace, fit in or don’t make waves?
How would it be in that situation for you to show up without the mask?

This is something to contemplate as we step into a new cycle

Be unapologetically YOU for one day, one week or everyday and let me know what you notice

You’re amazing and you deserve to be surrounded by people who see that in you

This morning I’ve been in reflection of the year that has been

A year of Trust for me

Trust in myself, my connection, my experience of life and the guidance I receive

A Trust in my deeper Knowing

Thank you to those of you who have been in my life this year, you have been an integral part of my growth

It has been an honour to have worked with you, however that was for us, thank you 🙏🏼

Today take some time to reflect on your year, celebrate yourself and all that you have experienced

Record, write or simply reflect it in your mind

Sit in nature of you can

Create a grid from crystals or things you’ve collected from nature, write down your intentions and the actions you’ll take in ‘24 and place that in the centre of your grid

Light sage, burn a candle, inhale your oil of choice

Close down your eyes
Place your hand on your heart
Call yourself home

Take your whole self into 2024

Be safe my friends

I love you and thank you

When life throws lemons ….. make lemonade 🍋

What a challenging time it’s been for a lot of people

There’s so much going on in the world and in our own lives right now I wanted to offer you to take some time amongst all this chaos to close down your eyes, place your hand on your heart and sit in gratitude

It’s in moments of challenge we remember what truly matters

All the noise and distraction of what we should’ve, would’ve, could’ve leaves us and we become present with what is

This week we’ve had a tornado, no power, no water and Cam being put in hospital with kidney stones

What is so clear for me is that we have everything we need, we have each other

I’m sitting here this morning burning sage and journaling about how grateful I am for the love in my life

Our beautiful friend Sammy has been looking after Noki, winning ten million dollars couldn’t feel as good as this feels to have someone caring for our girl. Sammy is selfless and has made it possible for Cam and I to be together

The love of a friend is priceless

Although it’s tough for Cam, he’s safe, he’s in air con, he’s being looked after and we are getting to spend quality time with each other

Challenges come and go but what remains is Love

“Love is all we need”

I wanted to drop this here today as a reminder to step back from the drama of what life brings us and take note of what’s real

This week has bought me home to what matters most and that’s the people in my life and the love that we share

Daring to dream big, to live outside your comfort zone, to walk the Path unknown takes a sh*tload of grit, determination and courage and some days you can’t find any of those strengths within yourself.

For those of us who realise this is bigger than us, the ones who offer themselves in service and want more than the norm and strive to be better people, to lead others, to blaze a trail, to really believe in something and want with all your heart to see humanity and our earth flourish, I’m talking to you.

There’s going to be times where you lose sight of your Path, where you don’t have a fu***ng clue where you are or even why you took off on this journey in the first place. There’ll be times it feels hopeless and helpless, that no one is listening, that you’re not making any impact and that you should just stop and go back to where it’s comfortable and known.

But for those of us with vision and who Trust in the work and in our purpose we know there’s no time to sit and wallow about who doesn’t like us, who’s better than us and the millions of excuses and stories our minds create to keep our human self comfortably numb.

If you’re one of the few brave souls who are taking the road less travelled, you’re gonna get lost, you’re gonna find yourself in places that are so uncomfortable and even scary but the road is less travelled for a reason.

The magic, abundance and beauty at the end of that road is kept for those few who have the guts to discover it.

So if you find yourself on that road and you feel lost, sit for a moment, collect yourself, rest, rejuvenate and clear your mind. Then get up and follow the calling deep inside you to venture further on toward what’s waiting down the road. Get up and keep on going.

Celebrating this amazing woman

Theresa Wardrop and I met 8th December 2022 and have been working together every week since

She was so full of angst when we met, bogged down in so much of life’s challenges and desperate for change

Theresa has four children she raises by herself and when we met her twin boys were only 15 months old

Witnessing this 6 ft 4 Amazon of a woman over the past year has been so much more than inspiring. It’s never going to translate into words what this experience has been and all that she has been through

We have ugly cried, raged, laughed so hard we’ve snorted, she’s won some, she’s seemingly lost some but through it all Theresa showed up regardless

She’s not only attended every 1:1 and group call with Quintessence but she’s also done every single online program and attended Quintessential Retreat

Her commitment to herself and her growth is phenomenal

And this week, just over one year after investing in herself and the future of her family, she paid for a property for her, the children and horses with no debt

This is what is possible when we say yes to our value, to putting in the work and investing in ourselves. When we show up every day intentionally and focussed on our dreams. Living life on purpose

Thank you for allowing me to walk beside you my friend, it has been an honour

My magic lies within being able to accelerate a woman’s evolution in the container I create for her

The last 3 years in particular my work has become more potent and the transformations have been incredible

I have been facilitating 1:1s, circles, groups,retreats and events which I absolutely love.

But something has been created now that I am so deeply connected to and I am ready to invite the first woman to participate

The evolution of my work will now include a 1:1 immersive full day experience with me and depending on what the individual is wanting to work on, can stretch to 24 hours

This experience is raw

Reconnecting a woman to her primal essence and allowing for her to release her inhibitions, let go of the limitations and beliefs that she needs to be and act a certain way.

During this night I will help you connect to your sacral and solar plexus, working with the element of fire in ritual using essential oils, meditation techniques, journal work, movement and sound.
You will learn about the triangle of fire; heat, fuel, oxygen - grow to understand each segment, and how to activate them. You will learn to identify when you feel out of alignment which area to focus upon to ignite your inner fire, spark your creativity, inspiration and motivation to take the action your life demands of you in order to step into your power and live life on purpose.

This is for empaths, sensitives and intuitives who are sick of their own BS and are ready to step up to the plate of their life.
This is a rite of passage for you to explore your behaviours, beliefs, thoughts and action, or lack there of, that is holding you back from stepping forward and bravely owning your power and your medicine to live a more empowered and powerful life in alignment with who you actually are and what you’re here to do.

This journey is about you coming out of hiding, knowing that your shadows are not there to hold you back but rather to discover your magic, and remember who we are and what we’re here to be.

This is not only about igniting the fire that burns within us but accessing our passions, desires and what gets us turned on or off and directing that fire into something worthwhile and productive rather than destructive.

You will need to bring :
Something that represents each of the elements; fire, earth, water, air and spirit.
An eyebrow pencil to draw symbols.
Journal.
Optional - Black pepper, turmeric, juniper berry, cinnamon, and wild orange essential oils.

For years now my work has been majority online, my programs have been amazing and so much has been created by the people joining me

🌬️Vision - the Air element was all about the creative process, visioning, creating, tapping into the infinite intelligence available to us

Every session I hold is as unique as the person it is for.

Sometimes the spoken word is what is needed, a space for you to feel safe enough to voice whatever is coming up for you in this moment of your life.

It may be that your energetic body needs the support of healing where we connect with Source and allow unconditional love to move through your body to cleanse anything that no longer serves you to make room for the new energy to make its way to you.

We may explore ritual and daily practice to bring into your life, so that you can live more intentionally and be mindful about where your attention goes.

We may sit with Mother Nature in the form of essential oils, and ask her to guide us to the energy that we need to connect with in order to release what is unhelpful and connect with the frequency we wish to align with.
If your mind is running off on tangents and controlling your experience of life, we may need a scrying session for you to connect more potently with your creative energy, quietening the noise and the distractions to bring clarity to what has been, what is, and what may be.
