Dave has been helping runners fine-tune their technique for over 15 years. His system quickly pinpoints your individual movement patterns and provides simple, personalised coaching cues and exercises to get you running fast, light and smooth.
It all starts with a 1:1 assessment — reviewing your training history, injuries and goals — followed by a biomechanical screen and video gait analysis (explained in plain English, no confusing jargon!). From there, coaching begins.
Most runners notice changes straight away, with technique feeling natural after 4–6 weeks. You’ll also get guidance on adjusting your training during the transition to reduce soreness and stay on track.
