Today a co-worker said to me ' You haven't had the flu all year. .. It's true , & I work with 17 , 3 year olds 4 days a week. Two days are for Chai. I absolutely fully love this balance at the moment. Yes , I have stayed free from Th flu in our Australian winter largely due to the phyto nutrients in my Loki Chai. I haven't come across another chai yet with as much fresh roasted cardamom as mine. When it's roasting day the entire studio fills with a fragrance of cardamom which is anti bacterial & proven in clinical studies to eat certain types of cancers. This is one benefit of only one of my spices

On Thu and Fri you can soak in a whole day (9am - 7pm) at OM Fest for $80.

Join us for chill morning vibes in the Festival Village from 9am, Vedic fire ceremony will be happening, will be serving up the chai and there will be herbal elixirs by and delicious veg food available.

The festival program will start at 9.40am with an opening group meditation, leading into a daily chakra chant session with Om Fest co-founder , flowing seamlessly into Bhakti Flow yoga with LIVE mantra music.

After lunch there will then be a chance to immerse in an interactive Bhakti wisdom workshop, and then we will lie down for a deep and rejuvenating sound healing session. 🙏🏼

At 2.30pm the gates open again and the Half Day ticket holders will join us for the remainder of the day.

For just $36 you can join us for the day’s KIRTAN program, featuring over 4 hours of world class Kirtan with your fav kirtan artists finishing up by 7pm.

Then on Saturday 4th Nov we will end with the BIGGEST day of the program.

Consisting of the same flow as the previous days, PLUS .. as dusk turns into evening 🌠 we will dance and chant the night away at our shaktifying ⚡️Festival closing event - OMEGA! 💃🕺

Today we raise our cups of chai to all the mothers…the mothers who drink our chai to assist in their breast milk production. To the grandmother's who sip their chai to be present with their day & the mothers who share their chai with their children as they pull the mothers chai from their hands to drink it. We love you all! We see you.
