Healing requires trust.
Not blind trust in a protocol, a supplement, or someone elseâs rules, but trust in your bodyâs ability to respond when it feels supported.
When youâre constantly questioning every symptom, second-guessing every choice, or searching for the ârightâ answer, the nervous system stays alert. And a body in vigilance canât fully repair.
Trust doesnât mean doing nothing. It means applying the right support, then allowing space for integration, consistency, and feedback.
Healing happens when the body feels safe enough to soften, and trust is what creates that safety.
