The Health Coach Centre was established for people of all ages, who wish to improve their health, enhance physical/mental performance and protect themselves and their loved ones from the ever increasing dangers in modern living (pollution, household/commercial chemicals, food additives, stress, etc). We provide health, lifestyle and performance coaching services with natural therapies and remedies produced by Dr Thomas Bige, combined with modern technology. Our integrated naturopathic medicine services combines our wisdom and knowledge of Ayurvedic, Chinese and modern Naturopathic health care procedures. Our Health Care services are based on a unique combination of in-house Consultations, Mobile Health Screening and Health Education Workshops, Natural Detoxification Programs, Health & Performance Coaching. We have had practices in Australia since 1997 and since 2003 we are based in West Burleigh, Gold Coast. We also offer internet/Skype based health and performance coaching services for those further afield. We are Colon Hydrotherapy specialists, with clients travelling from throughout Australia, even from overseas, to experience the Health Coach Centre difference. We also offer Colon Hydrotherapy advanced training by special appointment. Limited appointments are available with the renowned Dr Thomas Bige, founding partner and senior coach. Dr Bige (pronounced Bejay) is a respected lecturer on integrated naturopathic medicine He has supported many seriously ill patients, including those with cancer, and also helps couples with fertility problems. ⭐️A Christmas Gift Beyond Words⭐️

This Christmas, my home glows with a magic I can't quite explain. The twinkle of fairy lights, the warmth of countless candles, and the cherished photos of my beloved Mama and my three boys—all weave together a tapestry of love and light.

Though my Mama left this world three years ago, she left me a gift that can't be measured or explained—a spark of Christmas spirit that fills my heart with overflowing joy.

As I walk through these festive rooms, I feel her presence in every detail. Her love lingers in the glow of the lights, in the flicker of the candles, and in the memories that dance in my heart.

To my three boys, who are the reason I breathe, you are my greatest treasures. This home, this Christmas, is for you, for us, and for the love that binds us all.

May this season remind us all that the greatest gifts are the ones that can't be wrapped—the ones that live in our hearts forever. ✨🎄❤️

It's not a specific diet. It's the concept that creating a calorie deficit 🥒 by consuming fewer calories than you burn on a daily basis 🥬
leads to weight loss, 🧁while eating more calories than you burn causes weight gain. 🍔
Though there are often other conditions to consider if someone is experiencing weight loss resistance.

A benefit of counting calories, even if not done regularly, is that it helps you understand how many calories you are consuming daily. This awareness can guide you in making better food choices. For weight loss, try to replace some high-calorie foods with lower-calorie options. Don’t get too fastidious about calorie counting, once you did it for a week you won’t need to count them.

The number one fact about weight training and weight loss is that weight training, also known as resistance training, is highly effective for achieving weight loss goals.

What is ONDAMED

I think you are all familiar with the ECG or you may have had an ECG (Electrocardiography). It picks up electricity from our heart.
Our heart can not beat without the electrical parts that guarantee that it will beat. Sometimes we even have to use electricity for support to make the heart beat (pacemaker). The same is true with our brain. Again, I think you are familiar with the EEG (Electroencephalogram). This is done by your neurologist and picks up the electricity produced by our brain, the brain waves! So both the ECG and the EEG pick up waves and we hope that these waves are normal. Sometimes they are not.

Oxygen is the third-most abundant element in the universe, if it would suddenly disappear for 5 seconds the whole earth would collapse
