🎯 Hate tracking calories? This one’s for you.
I used to hate it too. Felt tedious, overwhelming, and honestly a bit obsessive.
But here’s what I’ve learned — as a coach and someone who’s walked the journey:
📌 If you don’t track it, you can’t change it.
Without specific goals, you’re just spinning your wheels. Literally. Like trying to ride a stationary bike across the country… ain’t gonna happen.
✅ 3 ways to stay accountable (without the overwhelm):
1️⃣ Set measurable goals – not just “eat better,” but what, how much, how often
2️⃣ Track your wins – energy, mood, skin, clothes fitting better… not just the scale
3️⃣ Check in weekly – with a coach, a group, or even a note in your phone. Progress loves consistency.
You don’t need to be perfect — just aware and honest. That’s where the magic happens.
