Four weeks ago I did something I never thought I would — I started a drivers-traineeship learning to drive a bus. Yep. A bus. Big wheels, big responsibility, unexpected challenge.
After two intense weeks of training with multiple mentors I’m now signed off to drive solo, and my first lone shift is this Tuesday. Nervous? Hell yes. But also incredibly proud.
What struck me most? The process — the mirrors, the overhang, the tail swing — they all became powerful lessons for health, consistency, mindset and growth.

✔ Recognising your blind spots in health and life
✔ What to do when detours happen
✔ Why slow, consistent progress beats quick fixes
✔ Keeping your distance from the “paid actors” of life (you know who I mean)
If you’re a busy woman over 30 who’s tired of doing the “same old, same old” with your wellness, this one’s for you.
Read it. Reflect on it. Let me know which lesson hits you most.
