🎯 Hate tracking calories? This one’s for you.

I used to hate it too. Felt tedious, overwhelming, and honestly a bit obsessive.

But here’s what I’ve learned — as a coach and someone who’s walked the journey:

📌 If you don’t track it, you can’t change it.
Without specific goals, you’re just spinning your wheels. Literally. Like trying to ride a stationary bike across the country… ain’t gonna happen.

✅ 3 ways to stay accountable (without the overwhelm):
1️⃣ Set measurable goals – not just “eat better,” but what, how much, how often
2️⃣ Track your wins – energy, mood, skin, clothes fitting better… not just the scale
3️⃣ Check in weekly – with a coach, a group, or even a note in your phone. Progress loves consistency.

You don’t need to be perfect — just aware and honest. That’s where the magic happens.

1. Overthinking – You spend more time planning than doing.
2. Fear of failing – If you never start, you never fail… right? Wrong.
3. Lack of energy/motivation – Life feels exhausting when your health isn’t aligned.

3 ways to flip the script:
✅ Make one decision today that future you will thank you for.
✅ Commit to showing up, even if it’s not perfect.

All good things come to those who heal — and wow, has it been a journey.

If I knew then what I know now… I would have done things very differently. No steroids. No harsh products. I would’ve been more mindful about what I put on my skin and in my body.

No smoking. No alcohol. No bandaid fixes.
Some call it boring — I call it finally feeling like me again.

Yes, it took time. But healing naturally is possible — and so worth it.

🔥 Most people’s Omega-6 to Omega-3 ratio is way off balance… ideal is 1:1–2:1, but the average diet is closer to 20:1!

⚠️ Too much Omega-6 = more inflammation, weight gain & higher risk of chronic disease.

💪 Omega-3 = heart, brain & anti-inflammatory support. Best from oily fish or a quality supplement.

Let’s talk about that for a sec 👇

We all fall off track sometimes. Life happens. But here’s the thing most people forget:

➡️ Bad habits give you short-term relief.
➡️ Good habits give you long-term rewards.

That morning walk you don’t want to do?
That water bottle you keep forgetting to refill?
That meal plan you didn’t stick to again?

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about getting back up and choosing again.
🧠 Discipline is a muscle. The more you flex it, the stronger it gets.

If you’ve been off track, try this:
✅ Forgive yourself
✅ Pick one habit to re-commit to
✅ Track it daily
✅ Ask for help if you need it
