75% of Australians are at risk of developing heart disease ❤️
Heart disease is a major cause of death in Australia and with so many at risk, you might be wondering what you can do to prevent it. So here’s a few tips:
- Exercise regularly on the advice of your doctor
- Eat 5+ veggies a day, this reduce the risk of heart disease by almost 17%
- Maintain a healthy weight and waist circumference. Almost 2 in 3 Australians are overweight or obese
- Have regular check ups with your doctor.
