As a mom myself, I know the joys and challenges that comes along with stepping into motherhood. I've been there! I'd say my first born was not easy. x

I help female coaches, consultants and OSP’s get their first high-ticket client in 90 days by equipping them with the belief and skills they need to build a freedom-based business, without burnout! Finding that balance and adjusting to each stage from pregnancy, newborn, toddler and transitioning back to work can feel overwhelming. Just when you think you've got it down pat, a new season arrives and sometimes you can feel like you're back at square one. What worked yesterday, might not work today and that can cause self doubt. His birth was traumatic for both him and I, he required extra oxygen because he wasn’t breathing properly, tongue tie, jaundice, reflux, colic, and a terrible skin rash were some of the issues I had to navigate through in the early days. Then, as I transitioned back to work, I learned to balance teaching yoga and working my 9-5 while prioritising time for my family AND me. Now, as a mother of 2, I've had to adjust again sharing my energy and attention between two, feeling confident in my own skin again (after gaining 10kg through pregnancy) and starting a new business. I found balance and self confidence and I want to show you how you can too. Let’s work together 💫⁠⁠
