As a mom myself, I know the joys and challenges that comes along with stepping into motherhood. I've been there! I'd say my first born was not easy. x

Finding that balance and adjusting to each stage from pregnancy, newborn, toddler and transitioning back to work can feel overwhelming. nd sometimes you can feel like you're back at square one. What worked yesterday, might not work today and that can cause self doubt. His birth was traumatic for both him and I, he required extra oxygen because he wasn’t breathing properly, tongue tie, jaundice, reflux, colic, and a terrible skin rash were some of the issues I had to navigate through in the early days. Then, as I transitioned back to work, I learned to balance teaching yoga and working my 9-5 while prioritising time for my family AND me. Now, as a mother of 2, I've had to adjust again sharing my energy and attention between two, feeling confident in my own skin again (after gaining 10kg through pregnancy) and starting a new business. I found balance and self confidence and I want to show you how you can too. Let’s work together 💫⁠⁠

Everyone's telling you to be more relatable.

But the biggest mistake I see experts make? They're so busy being relatable that they forget to be remarkable.

Nobody cares about your morning routine unless it solves their problem.
Nobody cares that you're "figuring it out" unless you can show them how to do it too.

And sure, people might engage with it. They might comment "so relatable!" or send you a DM saying "I needed to hear this today."

But they're not buying.

And that’s because you're positioned as relatable, not referable.

Think about it: Do you hire a coach because they’re relatable? Or because they get you results?

You can still be real. You can still be human. But your content needs a destination — and that destination is authority.
